At a low cost of only R2000.00 per month, this package will give you all the basic tools and training to grow your business, while giving you the freedom to appoint your own accountant to submit your annual tax returns.

Filing of Annual Return to CIPC

Including filing UBO register and maintaining share register

Quarterly finance strategy meeting

Discuss and review your company’s financial performance quarterly with your Virtual CFO

Sage Cloud Accounting software

With client access for generating invoices, allocating payments, training and support

Microsoft Business Standard Package

With three e-mail accounts

Grow your business package 2: accountant services add-on

At a low cost of only R3800.00 per month, this package will look after all of your business’s tax and accounting needs.

Please note that this package is an add-on to the Grow your business package 1, and both packages will need to be subscribed to to gain access to Grow your business package 2. (Total cost: R5800.00 pm)

Please note that any additional services required will be quoted for after consultation and invoiced separately.

Don’t forget to add the Grow your business package 3 if your company’s turnover exceeds R1 million per annum and you are required to register for VAT.

At a low cost of only R550.00 per month, this package applies to companies registered for VAT and that are required to file VAT returns every two months.

Please note that this package is an add-on to the Grow your business package 1 and Grow your business package 2, and all three packages will need to be subscribed to to gain access to Grow your business package 3. (Total cost: R6 350.00 pm)

This package includes the following:

Company VAT registration

Companies with a turnover of more than R1 million per annum must register for VAT. A company that has a turnover of more than R50 000, but not more than R1 million per annum, may apply for voluntary registration.
